JULY 6-8, 2017
The energy was electric as speakers took the stage and shared their stories of triumph over adversity and the challenges of being a creative woman in a world which does not always know what to do with us. The theme was “What Can Love Do?” and it was hatched years ago on a beach in California when a question was posed around gathering women together who may have different stories-would it be possible to unify us all when we connected and shared our journeys. I couldn’t have been more excited to be there, to be among artists and changemakers I’d admired for years and learning things about them I was entirely unaware of.
This year I’ve been invited to speak and it will be my first public speaking engagement…EVER.
I’m excited! And nervous. I’ll be speaking about boundaries, the subject of my current book, and best-selling e-course, Boundaries Boot Camp, which has recently been added to the recovery programming at Ramsey County Correctional Facility for Women in St. Paul, MN, and experiencing astounding results.
If you would like to join in on this epic gathering, you can find out more about it by visiting the Brave Girl Symposium website.
