What you put in your body before and during Dreamer’s Quest will impact your visions, dreams and the experience you have on the land. Foods that de-intensify your stress responses and cortisol production will help you. Foods that ask your body to work overtime will not feel supportive to the process.
Quick Tip: Turn to raw almonds, cherries, bananas, organic oats, and fish which contains digestible oils and low levels of mercury when you can get them.
We have a full list of optional recommendations for cleansing your system while you prepare for Dreamer’s Quest. These recommendations will be released monthly in the Ruzuku classroom.
Nourishment while here:
We are BEYOND the luckiest dames in the galaxy to have the infamous Loveshovel herself, Shannon Sims, preparing our food. The reason Shannon is handling our quest nutrition is because she’s super gastro-savvy, an absolute ray of high-vibe light, creates dreamy beautiful art of healthy food, and follows a shamanic path of inside-out wellness. She practices medicinal culinary arts in Portland, OR and has nourished my belly on restorative retreat many times. Shannon works directly with farmers all over the state, and at the farmers market. Follow her journey at Instagram if you want to see her creations firsthand as well as what she’ll be serving us!
