1. Decide the Titles and Quantities you would like to order. The minimum order quantity is 12 books in any combination of available titles.
2. Click here to place your order. (You will need to input your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and quantities per title.) International orders are processed separately after this step.
3. Pay for your order with your credit card or PayPal.
4. Print or screen shot your payment record.
5. Place your order with the Place My Order button.
6. You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been placed and an estimated delivery date. Please note that orders may not be shipped together. You may receive multiple packages.
